I work with health-conscious people who are often masterful at taking care of others, yet feel overwhelmed and mystified when it comes to looking after their own health and finding their own work/life/love balance.

Made for you, designed by you. Yes, you read it right! You know you better than anyone else, and believe it or not, you have all the answers within. I’m here to help you discover and connect to them. Drawing on years of personal experience, studying and an unquenchable thirst for more knowledge (and delicious recipes), I can share with you tips, tools and techniques to help you embed small changes that add up to long-term transformation. This bespoke programme can be broken down into three simple, powerful steps.

 

01 — Free health coaching session

Let’s get to know each other! How are you feeling right now? What is your #1 health goal? How do you want to feel? These are some some of the questions we’ll explore in your free one-hour health coaching session. How often do you get chance to stop, breath and really focus on you? I suspect not very often, as you’re too busy taking care of business. So, this is your time!

02 — Building firm foundations

Would you ever start a new journey without first checking a map (old school paper one or phone app, whatever you prefer) to see where you’re going? No way, do I hear you say? It’s the same when it comes to your health and wellness goals. We dig dip to find what’s important to you and what motivates you, to uncover what you really want to achieve. I take a whole-person approach, so we look beyond just food and exercise.

03 — Let the journey begin

We meet regularly in person, or online, to uncover the small, manageable changes you can take to lead you towards your long-term goals. We all know that life happens, now more than ever! So, we meet over 12 sessions to ride the highs and the lows, to celebrate every success and to find strategies to get back on track or revisit your goals.

PB&J (plant-based and joy)

Transitioning to a more plant-based lifestyle does not have to be all or nothing. Whether it’s one meal a month, day or week, the most important thing is to go at your own pace and know that every plant-based meal makes a difference to you and to the planet. We start with where you are and work our way towards where you want to be, one easy switch at a time. You set the priorities and I’ll work with you sharing recipes, tips, and techniques that have transitioned my family* and I to being plant-based.

(*My husband and kids are mostly plant-based, I believe food is a personal choice).

 

01 — Free introductory session

Let’s get to know each other! What’s motivating you to move a more plant-based lifestyle; health, environment, animal welfare, all of the above? What’s your ambition when it comes to change? Is this change for you or others as well? Getting clear on where you are, helps us to create a plan for what future sessions would focus on.

02 — Real food

Plant-based/vegan food and lifestyles can have a bad rep, that’s only when they’re not done properly - highly processed foods or imbalanced nutrients won’t give you energy or vitality, whether you eat meat or not. My focus is on real, whole plant foods, minimally processed and life giving, without compromise on flavour.

03 — Tried and tested

We meet regularly over six sessions - in person or online - to identify and discuss the area of focus e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dairy etc. I have a wealth of resources to draw on, from cookbooks, food bloggers and functional medicine practitioners, to support with plant-based recipes, data and research.

Style coaching

I believe true confidence comes from the inside, I also believe that we can emanate this on the outside by dressing in a way that expresses our true style and personality. We’re bombarded with the latest fashion trends and must-have pieces but they’re not designed to suit everyone. Knowing what works for you, helps you understand why something never quite fitted (however much weight you lost) and why you always get compliments when you wear a particular style or colour. Save time, money and the planet by buying well and buying once.

 

01 — Shape, colour & personality

We can meet in-person or online to talk about your current wardrobe challenges, and understand more about your lifestyle and clothing needs. Together we’ll work through a variety of exercises to identify your natural body architecture (shape) and colouring, as well as your style personality.

02 — Style book

I take everything we discuss and uncover in our time together, to create a (digital) personalised style book. This will encapsulate your three elements of shape, colour and personality, and how they translate across different items of clothing in terms of optimum cut, fit and fabric.

03 — Wardrobe declutter

Equipped with the knowledge, confidence and understanding of your style, you can clear out the clutter to make way for those items that make you feel great everyday. By working our way through a tried and tested checklist, you decide what to keep and what to gift (to friends/family/charity). We will also spot the gaps for those hard-working, wardrobe staples.
